I photograph everything on 4x5 film, preserving the exquisite nature of each of the flowering subject as precisely as if pressed into the pages of a book.

For years, I’ve collected 19th century lithographs, and pages from text books on 19th century masters such as Renoir, and Monet. I use them in my photographs to punctuate the images and draw parallels of color, tone, and texture.

    The photographs are printed by the artist on archival Hahnemühle photo rag baryta glossy fine art paper.

    Framing

    Framing is done by our friends at Laumont Photographics in New York City. The frames are 3/4 inch custom walnut wood with museum glass, cleat to hang, and signature label attached to the back. Images are mounted to museum board and floated in the center of a two inch museum board with a border all the way around.
